∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 5 Years working experience in the relevant field§  Experience in a similar role within the education or development sector.§  Proven experience in documentation, reporting, and learning within a project context.§  Experience working with donor-funded projects is an asset.§  Excellent writing and communication skills.§  Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.§  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.§  Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation processes.§  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.§  Strong organizational and time management skills.§  Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities & Context:

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Consolidated Tk. 71,208 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
