Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor in Accounting/ Finance/ Social Science/ Statistics/ Agriculture/BBA/ Fisheries.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is responsible for organizing and producing relevant information to help to prepare donors' reports, develop the concept.
∎ Assist to develop concept note, proposal, situation report, action plan and presentations for relevant stakeholders.
∎ Produce IEC materials and publish them through various platforms for the wider audience.
∎ Receive and check weekly reports from field teams; ask clarification, further information from the field teams, if needed, and ensure consistency of the data
∎ Prepare inception, mid-term and final reports.
∎ Produce high quality and easy to read quarterly, six-monthly and annual program progress reports.
∎ Documenting and archiving all the project beneficiaries lists, distribution reports, memorandums, and materials related to the project.
∎ Provide thorough progress reporting continuous analysis of the achievements, facilitate project review, evaluation.
∎ Conduct field visits to collect additional information regarding project achievements and recommendations if required.
∎ Collect case studies, best practices across projects to be included in project reporting.
∎ Perform any other related duties as requested by project management.
∎ Willingness to work in rural areas

∎ Monitoring microenterprises and clusters.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 1 years' experience in project related work of PKSF.
∎ Good computer knowledge on Microsoft Office, Typing (Both English and Bengali).

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35,000/- per month, Consolidated and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
