  1. Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing)

  2. Strong communication and persuasion skills

  3. Highly organized and detail-oriented

  4. Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)

  5. Ability to manage time and work independently

  6. Positive attitude and professional behavior

  7. Comfortable making high-volume calls daily and
    Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients

  8. Maintain strong relationships with leads and customers

  9. Organize and update customer data (CRM/database)

  10. Track client interactions and follow-up schedules

  11. Plan daily, weekly, and monthly communication strategies

  12. Convert leads into enrolled students (sales support role)

  13. Prepare and submit regular performance reports

  14. Handle client queries professionally and efficiently
