Patient Management & Flow

• Calling patients for their appointments and guiding them to the doctor's chamber or examination rooms.

• Managing waiting areas and ensuring an orderly process.

• Assisting patients with basic needs like grooming and dressing, particularly for those in OPD and IPD.

• Helping to arrange appointments for investigations and ensuring patients are transported safely to different hospital departments. 

  Doctor and Clinical Support

  • Providing individual care to patients.

  • Assisting doctors during examinations and procedures.

  • Explaining medical instructions and information to patients and their families.

  • Collecting and delivering lab reports, medicines, and other medical supplies as directed by the doctor or nurse. 

• Administrative Tasks:

  • Registering patient names and preparing their files.

  • Entering patient data into hospital software.

  • Helping with the hospital discharge process by ensuring all necessary documents, like bills and discharge summaries, are prepared.

  • Keeping records of patient care concerns and taking action to resolve them.
