Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and execution of sales strategy considering current market trend, consumer behavior and annual business plan for the demarcated segment as well as individual sales personnel.
∎ Administer field sales force (RSM/ TSM) of assigned sales division in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement, analyze team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance.
∎ Meet the company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution with extended standard skill, capability and customer focus.
∎ Ensure product availability & visibility in all possible outlets of headquarter/ outstation/ highway markets etc.
∎ Monitor and track the activities of competitors along with their offerings, and communicate necessary information to the concerned end to initiate necessary action to contain competition.
