Job Overview:

1. Ensure 100% achievement of budgeted Top Line sales target of the assigned half zone.

2. Drive 110% Top Line sales performance by identifying new market opportunities and strengthening distribution coverage.

3. Achieve Year-to-Year sales growth as per the company’s strategic sales plan.

4. Ensure SKU/Item-wise sales achievement according to the approved monthly and annual sales budget.

5. Monitor and ensure 100% class-wise sales target achievement across all product categories.

6. Implement strict credit control and collection management as per management approval and company policy.

7. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to improve sales performance and market share.

8. Coordinate closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure product availability for uninterrupted market supply.

9. Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to ensure effective territory coverage, productivity, and target achievement.

10. Ensure retention of at least 80% of the sales staff through proper leadership, motivation, and performance monitoring.

11. Distributor networking according to Sales organogram.

12. Item/ category wise Production forecast and ensure sales accordingly.

13. SR training and nursing and ensure a skill sales team.
