Educational Requirements:
∎ Having Post Graduation Degree in any discipline preferably in English, Social Science, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science with excellent academic record.

∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Name of Project: Combating Early Marriage in Bangladesh (CEMB)
∎ Job Location: NDP Head Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the “Combating Early Marriage in Bangladesh-(CEMB)” project as a key person according to the approved project proposal, set logic model, annual work plan, and branding guideline;
∎ Managing the team, coordinating staff and internal resources
∎ Managing project progress and adapt work as required
∎ Ensuring projects meet deadlines
∎ Managing relationships with stakeholders
∎ Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
∎ Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for NDP and Plan International as well;
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years practical experience in management of big project at national/divisional level. Candidate having experience as a project manager of “Combating Early and Force Marriage-CEFM” project implementation will be given preference.
∎ Additionally, Divisional Project Managers should possess high levels of the below skills to perform well in the role :
∎ Written and verbal communication skills;
∎ Capacity to manage high stress situations;
∎ Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously;
∎ Leadership skills;
∎ Big-picture thinking and vision;
∎ Attention to detail;
∎ Conflict resolution skills; and
∎ Age maximum 45 years
Salary: Tk. 85000 (Monthly)
