Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Divisional Monitoring Head (DMH) to manage our sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identify new business opportunities, managing and coaching the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients.
Ensuring divisional Sales target of Plaza & Distributor & monitoring of respective RSM's & SC's activities.
- Find out new business opportunity by development of distributor & corporate sales. Beside this, ensure the collection recovery of respective division & Performs work in coordination with recovery team.
- Verification of existing area dealers / sub-dealers, sorting out any additions or subtractions by submitting its recommendations to the authorities and informing all concerned to keep them updated.
- Collaboration with branding team for upcoming events & monitor the placement of POSM's in plaza & distributor within right time.
- Participate in any promotional formalities of upcoming or new products and undertake other promotional activities.
- Identify and maintain new contacts and networks relevant for business development and project identification.
- Regular communicate with PSD concern regarding business update & identify the new opportunities.
