Job Context:

∎ Report to (Direct): Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have marketing experience on Export Oriented Printing and Embroidery factory.
∎ Conduct market research to identify opportunities and promote growth and enhance company presence.
∎ Planning, preparing and managing the distribution of publicity materials. Devise marketing campaigns by organizing a calendar of various marketing events to bring in more customers and business.
∎ Prepare quotations & negotiate with the prices & other issues.
∎ Taking responsibilities of planning and preparing budgets for marketing by ensuring value to the business growth.
∎ Attend meetings with the production or manufacturing department & understand the details of the products & discuss strategies with them.
∎ Identify and prepare different action plans to resolve problems faced and prepare reports based on analysis of outcome as per management feedback
∎ Ensure all ventures undertaken, through to completion and evaluate their success.
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, presentation and assess against goals.
∎ Adapt to new marketing strategies as per the changing market and production forecast.
Additional Requirements:
∎ For Experience candidate education preference will be relaxed
∎ At least 5-7 years in similar field.
∎ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple ways of marketing business.
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali, both written & communication will be preferred
∎ Good computer literacy especially in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated and disciplined
