Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA with major in Marketing/ MS in Agricultural Science (Agri Economics/ Agronomy/ Horticulture/ Entomology) from any Public University or limited private Varsity like East West/ North South/ BRAC having own campus.
∎ Candidates with other subjects having long experience in the related field of seeds and pesticide sales from any reputed organization having countrywide sales network may also apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing of Divisional Sales Budget and Work planning for implementation of the same.
∎ Monitoring/supervision of the activities of the Area in-charges towards achievement of Div target
∎ Experience of Market Analysis and Intelligence reporting about the challenging competitors.
∎ Event Management for organizing Training for Dealers/Retailers and Conference,
∎ Updates reporting to Management about work in progress and the achievement status.
∎ Annual performance evaluation of the subordinates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6-8 years experience as Divisional/Regional Manager in Sales & Promotional activities for Seeds and Agro chemical Products from any fairly large Organization.
∎ Proactive and Enthusiastic with good command in English language for reporting.
∎ Good relation and liaison with Agriculture/DAE officials at district and Upazila level
∎ Computer literacy in all MS office applications is Mandatory.
∎ Motor Car/Cycle driving Having license from BRTA
∎ To perform Extensive tour program to Upazila level within the respective Divisional territory
∎ Home district candidate will be preferred.
Salary:
∎ As per company scale with other compensation packages e.g. Provident Fund, Group Term and Health Insurance, etc. (May also be negotiable for the deserving candidate).
