Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline from a reputed university having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the Academic records.
∎ Professional qualifications like CA/CMA/CFA etc shall be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 16 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Govern the overall fund management of the Bank with different Banks and NBFIs
∎ Accomplish appropriate investment in the money market.
∎ Develop foreign exchange risk mitigation strategies and adopt the same to minimize the risk.
∎ Administer the overall fund management of bank with different banks.
∎ Guide and lead the treasury management team of the bank
∎ Observe & attend on the overall liquidity management.
∎ Notify management with new investment decisions & act accordingly.
∎ Accurate fund management from different Banks and NBFIs based on the necessity
∎ Make safe profitable management of the borrowed fund.
∎ Supervise and monitor monthly payment schedule of Credit line with the Lending Banks/NBFIs and Refinancing Schemes with Bangladesh Bank
∎ Maintain the statutory SLR and CRR requirements and ensure regulatory compliance with Bangladesh Bank time to time.
∎ Sustain a amicable relationship with the Banks/NBFIs, Bangladesh Bank, and other Regulatory Authorities
∎ Supervise different reports to comply with the Bangladesh Bank Regulations
∎ Any other responsibility as & when assigned by the competent authority of the bank from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 16 (sixteen) years of banking experience out of which 05 (five) years as divisional head in a scheduled commercial Bank.
∎ Strong leadership ability.
∎ Strategic state of mind.
∎ Outstanding ability to lead and manage.
∎ Continually drive effective results.
∎ Communicate effectively at all levels.
