Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably with Media & Communication/Journalism/Marketing/International Relations/Management/Public Administration or related field from a reputed university having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the Academic records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and developing a marketing plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
∎ Assess prospect of partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
∎ Craft content for press releases, articles and presentations.
∎ Organize & arrange conference, events, exhibitions etc.
∎ Supervise & analyze press release results on a quarterly basis
∎ Uphold a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding.
∎ Supervising marketing strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google-ads)
∎ Planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns. (Both Inbound and Outbound)
∎ Execute digital marketing through different channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Display)
∎ Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
∎ Speaking publicly at interviews, press conference and presentations
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 14(fourteen) years of experience in relative field out of which 05 (five) years as head of PRD in a scheduled commercial Bank.
∎ Strong analytical and decision making skill with clear understanding of bank’s objectives
∎ Acquaintance in advertising aiding tools
∎ Profound knowledge over Web analytics tools over digital marketing
∎ Ability to compose creative content.
∎ Verbal and written communication skills
∎ Knack for managing & handling multiple tasks
∎ Ability to work under pressure
