Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree preferably in Business discipline from any reputed Public/Private/Foreign University with good academic track record having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the educational records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 16 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor overall functions of the Division
∎ Maintain local & international banks to determine RMA relation, Nostro A/C, Credit line & different points
∎ Overall supervision and monitoring of international trade and foreign exchange operations of the bank through bank's Authorized dealer (AD) Branches and Off-shore Banking Unit (OBU) of the bank.
∎ Maintenance of Correspondent Banking Relationship (both local and overseas operations) and Bangladesh Bank for smooth trade finance, foreign exchange and guarantee related businesses of the bank
∎ To adopt strategies in terms of trade finance and assist management for further strengthening bank's image & profile in international arena.
∎ Correspondence with Bangladesh Bank and branches for Substitute Cash Incentives/Cash Subsidy/Duty Drawback and EDF
∎ Examine and make Drawing arrangement agreement with New Exchange houses around the globe for enhancement of remittance business of the Bank..
∎ To minimize the cost of doing international business and maximize income from foreign trade & foreign exchange related business.
∎ Formulate strategies, policies & processes ensuring maximum possible benefits from foreign correspondents
∎ Effective Forex management with meticulous compliance and regulatory requirements.
∎ Make effective liaison with foreign correspondents for smooth business relationship and to explore new business.
∎ Keep effective contacts & liaison with concerned Divisions of Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 16(sixteen) years of experience in relative field out of which 05 (five) years as head of International Division in a scheduled commercial Bank.
∎ Strong leadership ability.
∎ Strategic state of mind.
∎ Outstanding ability to lead and manage.
∎ Continually drive effective results.
∎ Communicate effectively at all levels.
∎ Must have mastering knowledge in Foreign Exchange operations
∎ Hands on experience in correspondent banking, Off-shore banking operations, arrangement of foreign credit lines and maintain effective relationship with IFC, ADB, IDB etc.
∎ Thorough knowledge and understanding of international trade, foreign currency transactions trade finance, AML & CFT issues, SWIFT operations, banking rules/regulations etc.
