Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and strategize business for designated area/ district
∎ Meet/ Exceed targeted sales and KPIs for the district
∎ Visit shops/ stores rigorously to improve ambiance of the store
∎ Execute VM and promotions as per company guidelines
∎ Execute follow-up company’s strategy/ decision
∎ Coordinate with different departments of the company to get the job done
∎ Lead the store/ showroom managers and sales staff to achieve targets/ objectives/ job assigned by the company
∎ Analyze data and convert it to insight to help make decision
