Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Plan and strategize business for designated area/ district
∎ 2.Meet/ Exceed targeted sales and KPIs for the district.
∎ 3.Visit shops/ stores rigorously to improve ambiance of the store
∎ 4.Execute VM and promotions as per company guidelines.
∎ 5. Execute follow-up company’s strategy/ decision.
∎ 6.Coordinate with different departments of the company to get the job done.
∎ 7. Lead the store/ showroom managers and sales staff to achieve targets/ objectives/ job assigned by the company.
∎ 8. Analyze data and convert it to insight to help make decision.
