Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and strategize business for designated area/ district
Meet/ Exceed targeted sales and KPIs for the district
Visit shops/ stores rigorously to improve ambiance of the store
Execute VM and promotions as per company guidelines
Execute follow-up company’s strategy/ decision
Coordinate with different departments of the company to get the job done
Lead the store/ showroom managers and sales staff to achieve targets/ objectives/ job assigned by the company
Analyze data and convert it to insight to help make decision
