Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Master/Bachelor's Degree in Social Science/Public health/Social work/Humanities/Community development or other related discipline from any reputed University. BA/BSC/ Hon's is also acceptable.
∎ Training/Trade Course: MS Word, MS Excel, Power point. Vast knowledge about Internet Browsing.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Officer/Project Associate is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of activities of the project.
∎ Maintaining liaison and communication with Local and district level administration, service providers.
∎ Formation of different groups and regular communication with groups and community people in the working area.
∎ Establish a relationship and mobilize community people.
∎ Collect and compile weekly, monthly or any reports and date required information relating to the program.
∎ Organize coordination meeting, campaign day observance program at District/Sub-District and local level.
∎ Participate in the working team that prepares, facilitates/delivers and conducts training for Sub-District level.

∎ Age at least 22 years

∎ Fluent English is must.
∎ Bangla should be known standard.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively in the project operations areas.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility and have the patience to work under pressure.

∎ Ability to work in a critical environment and to maintain effective working relations with people of different level and backgrounds.
∎ Interested in learning and sharing of knowledge.
∎ Good analytical and writing skills.

2. Provide access to institutions to include children living in institutions under DSS, and caregivers or staff working in those institutions. This may be extended to family members of
the children living in the institutions, potential foster parents, potential supportive employer/sponsor of the growing adolescents living in the institution for planning and executing a long-term rehabilitation goal, to bring the children and adolescents back to normal life as a youth or adult.
3. Support and/or assist Action Joy Enterprise to conduct study and research including locations to renovate, finding workers, securing safety and safe passage.
4. Support and give resources for the transfer of sex workers that have been admitted to the government safe home from there to the Action Joy Enterprise training center within 6 to 12 months of their arrival at the government safe home. After transfer to the Action Joy Enterprise training center they will learn dignified jobs and how to stand on their own and not return to the brothel.
5. Provide a legal document and agreement at the time of transferring a girl from DSS government safe home to the Action Joy Enterprise training center so that there is a clear understanding that these girls are legally allowed to freely work and live outside the government safe home.
