∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Microsoft Office,Microsoft Excel
∎ Training/Trade Course: Excel,Microsoft Office Corce
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Good communication skills, Good in english, Microsoft Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Distribution management, FMCG Sales & Marketing, FMCG Sales Marketing, Good at MS Office speciallay in Excel, sales and Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare strategy to achieve National business objective which included developing sales and FMCG distribution plan within cost effective budget.
∎ Directly working with sales growth, capability and controlling purchase cost as their active team member for contributing value to overall business.
∎ Coordinate with Departmental Head within the company regarding Business Development, Operations, Logistics and report to the Top management accordingly
∎ Regularly visit Projects/ Branches/ Field Offices to ensure proper monitoring and guideline
∎ Market analysis of distribution business and provide options for the management to decide best possible option
∎ Manage wastage of less than 2%.
∎ Optimize current operation, develop necessary processes to increase business rate.
∎ Onboard new FMCG distribution partners
∎ At the early stage of the business, solve macro-level problems in different operation departments and build the SOP to create sustainability.
∎ Take important operation business decisions to convert GMV into NMV.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1. Only FMCG Sales and Distribution Operation Expert are priority first.
∎ 2. Short Time Join Candidate Preferred.
