Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree preferably in public health/disaster management.
∎ Medical related degree(s) will be an assets.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Log all emergency requests, allocating categorization and prioritization codes.
∎ Track requests to ensure emergency situations are responded to, keeping relevant parties updated on the status of their requests.
∎ Communicate and liaise with relevant parties to ensure requests are promptly acted upon.
∎ Maintain and update database of ambulance services, health facility capacity, road closures, and other services as appropriate.
∎ Use phone or computer to send MMTs, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations
∎ Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
∎ Maintain health facility capacity board dispatch board.
∎ Any other duties as and when required as per project need,
∎ Mapping between DRU and management at field level
∎ Mapping between DRU and secondary referral facilities
∎ Assisting in the development of emergency plans, strategy documents, and communication plans.

∎ Ability to be creative, flexible, and adaptive.
∎ Must be computer literate (Word and Excel).
∎ Fluency in Bangla and/or Chittagonian, and English.
