Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production- Cement Mill and Packing Operation, Cement Production & Packaging & Inventory, Dispatch, RM Unloading
∎ Maintenance
∎ Mechanical Maintenance -Corrective, Preventive, Predictive, Spare Parts, external workforce
∎ Electrical and Instrumentation- Corrective, Preventive, Predictive, Spare Parts, All scale calibration, external workforce
∎ Power Plant- Operation, Maintenance, WTP, Gas and Electric billing, Spare Parts, Overall plant Safety Compliance and Training
∎ Risk and Projects-Property and business insurance, Plant Property Protection, Fire Hydrant, Capex and Opex, Expansion Projects
∎ QC- Laboratory Equipment, Daily and Monthly Quality of cement, 3rd Party Testing, Quality benchmarking, Coordinate with commercial for branding, Product Development, Customer Complaints, and Customer visit, ISO 9001
∎ Process and Raw Materials- DPR, Evaluate Mill Productivity, Liner and Media Evaluation & replacement &Stock, All raw materials inventory maintaining and inventory counting, Plant and External Environment, All Permits including land taxes, Support Plant Safety, BIWTA, WTP & ETP
∎ Plant Administration and Others
∎ Finance: Annual Budget Preparation, Fixed Cost, Variable Cost, Raw Material Cost, Cost control exercise
∎ Planning: PMP, Coordinate for Product Portfolio Development,
∎ HR: Dialogue, Performance Evaluation of subordinates, Skill gap analysis and training, Propose Salary Increment of plant employees, Promotion of subordinates, Top talent list, Member of Provident Fund trustee board
∎ CSR: Communication with the community, Coordinate with EHS for CSR activities in the plant community
∎ Plant Administration: Overall housekeeping, plant transportation. Canteen, Gardening, Fire Extinguishers
∎ Safety: Safety of all plant employees including regular & contractual, Plant Safety Compliance & Safety Monitoring, Training on plant safety compliance, Safe Driving
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in MNC and managing regional role, will be preferred
Salary: Negotiable
