∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor day to day activities and specific programs/events that are conducting by Partners at local level through IT on regularly.
∎ Provide at least 4 planned monitoring visits at field of our partners of the consortium
∎ Communicate and guide field staff, District Project Officer ,M&E personal and Project Coordinator on regular basis through IT and mobile telephone
∎ Will review recording of documents on regular basis and provide feedback
∎ Will review all reports coming for sending to donor and provide feedback, guide to improve if there are lacking.
∎ Will remain responsible of reporting compliance of the donor
∎ Prepare M&E activity plans in accordance with the overall operational plan of the project
∎ Develop user friendly monitoring tools to collect data during routine field activities by the field staff
∎ Arrange orientation to project staff on the monitoring tools and ensure all have equal understanding on the tools
∎ Conduct field test of the tools and finalize after getting feedback
∎ Set project indicators in accordance with the project objectives
∎ Keep close contact with the M&E team members, field based staff and other staff for collection of monthly data and compile those on regular basis.
∎ Develop MIS of projects so that the project management would be able to see the project progress and take corrective measures on right time.
∎ Conduct field visit and routinely monitor the project activities and ensure that the field activities are in line with the project objectives.
∎ Ensure that defined objectives and outputs are being achieved.
∎ Monitor ongoing activities against inputs and outputs.
∎ Provide appropriate and supportive feedback to staff.
∎ Provide necessary input to M&E officers to develop MIS for the projects using software and make user friendly for all stakeholders
∎ Initiate mid term and project end evaluation with he external consultant/donor and ensure sharing of findings
∎ Conduct periodical survey on cluster basis on various indicators and evaluate the findings
∎ Provide training to staff on operation research, small studies and enhance their capacity
∎ Observe field activities and ensure quality service deliveries
∎ Ensure use of M&E software by all M&E staff regularly
∎ Develop new proposal & EOI and submit to the respective donor
∎ Take Initiative for the source mobilization for organizational sustainability.
∎ Ensure organizing of documents/reports /Visual and audio records/photography relating to project activities on ethical manner.
∎ Any other business as assigned by Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
Salary: Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
