  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, branding, or outreach initiatives which include student enrollment campaigns, field-level marketing, digital engagement, and development of promotional and communication materials. Able to showcase a portfolio of marketing or communication materials, campaigns, branding concepts, and outreach initiatives across digital and field platforms.

  • Strong analytical and market research skills

  • Formulating/preparing marketing plans, concept notes, reports, and presentations

  • Coordination with design and communication teams for the development of branding and promotional materials

  • Social media and digital engagement management

  • Good knowledge of spreadsheet analysis and campaign performance tracking

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for leading the marketing, outreach, and student enrollment initiatives of BRAC Academy, driving brand visibility, field engagement, and social media presence. Proactively design and implement campaigns, coordinate with design and content teams for high-quality marketing materials, and ensure strategies translate into measurable growth in enrollment and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to strengthen BRAC Academy’s brand and visibility in target districts.

  • Lead student enrollment campaigns, field engagement initiatives, and promotional activities to achieve annual enrollment targets.

  • Oversee the creation of marketing, branding, and promotional materials, working closely with the design and content teams to ensure quality and alignment with the Academy’s vision.

  • Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns to increase engagement, brand awareness, and parent/student interaction.

  • Drive digital and communication initiatives by coordinating with the design and IT teams to maintain and enhance the Academy’s website, develop communication materials, and prepare promotional or informational pitches for teachers, parents, and community stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research and community mapping to identify potential student segments, competitors, and opportunities for outreach.

  • Organise and coordinate school events, open houses, and community engagement activities to drive enrollment and parent engagement.

  • Prepare and review marketing reports, proposals, concept notes, and other documentation as per programme needs.

  • Deliver special marketing projects and campaigns aligned with strategic priorities.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
