Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.

Experience in leading and managing sales and marketing teams is required.

• Develop, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies for the company.

• Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Identify new market opportunities within the real estate sector and prepare strategic plans.

• Manage brand promotion, marketing campaigns, advertising, and digital marketing activities.

• Maintain strong customer relationships, conduct project presentations, and handle negotiations.

• Ensure successful achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals.

• Oversee corporate communication, media relations, and market analysis.
