Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree or MBA in HRM.
∎ PGD-HRM will get advantage.

∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Human Resources Management (HRM):
∎ Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, HR policies, process, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Strategic Recruitment and selection of quality resources to reinforce the skill & leadership profile of key managers.
∎ Establish Performance Management through KPI & KRA setting according to layer for specific measurement of contribution to the organization.
∎ Prepare job descriptions and specifications for the entire department (Job Analysis). Mange how & where jobs will be advertised (online / job portal/newspaper) and do the end to recruitment.
∎ Responsible for Organizational Development (OD), Talent Management process, people development, performance management, career and succession planning for Rupayan City Uttara.
∎ Identify Training & Development needs to continuously develop and nurture the talents, plan and implement effective T&D strategy. Competency Gap Analysis for the key positions. Reward & Recognition schemes to differentiate, encourage and motivate good performers.
∎ Maintain relationship with recruitment agencies to find out right people in right time to the right place.
∎ Responsible with maintain of monthly payroll for the company and for the ventures.
∎ Developing and implementing HR Budget yearly in line with the business plan.
∎ Do the periodical assessment of the employee and report the management through Annual Confidential Report.
∎ Grievance handling and mange any dispute internal and external of the company.
∎ Establish and maintain HR succession plan for all individuals.
∎ Plan and implement fully automated efficient HRIS systems with an aim to implement paperless office.
∎ Coordinate and monitor all HR activities for organization.
∎ Carry out any other job as assigned time to time by the management.
∎ Administration:
∎ Looking after overall administrative functions of the Rupayan City Uttara and ensuring proper day-to-day implementation.
∎ Management of operation services, includes but not limited to; formulation of admin operation policies, process and agreements, office management, decoration and maintenance, furniture and fixture maintenance, air-condition system maintenance, Pantry and refreshment items management, company guest management, staff and guests travel arrangement, maintenance of company communication channels; T&T/Telco connections, Fax, phones, supplier relationship etc.
∎ Responsible to monitor, manage, maintain, and improve admin operation, attendance, transport, security, safety, maintenance and admin related bill-processing matters of the Company.
∎ Conduct smooth Admin operation to support the company business and develop policies, process, procedure, and acting as a liaison between the employees and upper management when it comes to financial and administrative issues
∎ Represent as spokesperson of the company in dealing with government high officials, police department, local conciliator etc. Responsible for handling issues at Government or Public Offices.
∎ Maintaining liaison and coordination with local police, industrial police, government agencies, and other parties to ensure smooth admin management.
∎ Engage office support staff in their duties maintaining the office decorum.
∎ Ensuring and maintaining proper documentation of all government offices.
∎ Ensuring all kinds of payments including telephone, electricity, official bills, etc. In addition, complete all agreement related to rent of company establishment and ensure timely payment of utility/service bill of the company
∎ Management of company transport services, formulation of transport policies, vehicles periodic servicing, repair and maintenance, car registration and documents renewal, handling, accident and DMP matters, pool car and third party car management etc.;
∎ Management of security support to staff, including but not limited to; aware staff about health, safety and security hazards, resolve local service provider's conflicts, build and maintain rapport with law enforcement agencies, office security equipment maintenance, coordinate emergency evacuation, conduct security & safety audit and take corrective actions, investigations of unwanted incidents, maintain close circuit TV (CCTV) etc.
∎ Management of staff health & safety matters, including but not limited to; first aid box maintenance, hospitalized staff and insurance claims management (if any), coordinate general diary and police cases, organize training on health and safety matters of the company etc.
∎ Performing any other administrative duties, responsibilities, relevant tasks and assignments given by the Management time to time.

∎ Age 38 to 48 years
