Job Context:
∎ A renowned export oriented oven garments factory (Having 125 lines & exporting more than 2.5 Million Pcs garments per month) located in Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh is looking for suitable candidate as a Director/GM (Marketing & Merchandising) for Inditex & American buyers- Like; American Eagle/Kohl`s/ A&F/ Guess, Target USA, Wallmart etc.
∎ International/foreign candidates are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate must have experienced working with Buyer Inditex and American Buyers Such as American Eagle, Guess, Khol's, A&F and other buyer also.
∎ The candidate will be solely responsible for managing all the activities related to order taking, Merchandising & timely shipment of export oriented oven garment products effectively & efficiently.
∎ The candidate specially responsible to procure profitable oven garments order as per the capacity of the factory. He will have to lead a team of Marketing & Merchandising professionals & execute the taken orders very professionally.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having minimum 15 years of experience in managing Marketing & Merchandising activities of export oriented oven Garment products in reputed factories and dealing with American buyers.
∎ Have conversant to dealing any foreign buyers and managing them competently.
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on oven products & it's costing and should be capable to follow up orders from order taking to shipment.
∎ The candidate should have the capacity to source new buyers & maintain effective liaison with existing/new buyers in connection with taking profitable orders & meeting export target.
∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and have excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Should be fluent in English correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications
∎ International/foreign candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
