Experience:
Minimum of 15 (Fifteen) years of experience in engines, generator sales and marketing.
Must have sound knowledge of tender preparation and submission.
Good knowledge about the installation and operation of industrial engines and generators.
Corporate sales and marketing, customer service, engineering purchase, engine and generator installation and commissioning, and servicing are all required skills.
Excellent in written English and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Analytical mindset and ability to evaluate complex tender requirements
Negotiation skills and ability to secure profitable contracts

Job Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients to showcase our range of engines, generators, and spare parts and provide technical expertise and guidance to customers to ensure the best product fit
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to offer cutting-edge solutions
Approach new businesses with proposals and create new clients to increase sales volume
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Identify and evaluate tender opportunities in various industries
Develop strategic plans to maximize success in tender submissions
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of competitors
Follow-up and ensure a smooth process starting from sales to bill collection and after-sales support
Perform other assigned tasks as per management`s instruction for the best interest of the company
