Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.0 Business Development
∎ Leadership role in SAP and Health Tech business development, pre-sales & solution.
∎ Ensure on-time and within budget delivery of projects, with respect with delivery management, account relationship management, resource management etc.
∎ Product design and development
∎ Enterprise architecture design, Solution design and development
∎ Business process reengineering assignments with Automation via machine integration
∎ Created Analytics platform for Event driven - BI, AI and ML platform
∎ Conceptualized and designed first of kind Utility event driven OSS and BSS stack
∎ Apply an in-depth understanding of SAP and Health Tech related processes/ procedures and sales tools/systems as well as enterprise market, including industry, marketplace, strategies and trends, competitors and competitive tactics to develop an effective long-term SBU strategy and target.
∎ Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP and Health Tech solutions and appropriate industries in order to maintain credibility with prospective customers through proof points with relevant customer stories. Conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers in advance of a demonstration or key presentation in order to build relationships with the customer and understand their unique needs.
∎ Build and maintain a network of executive relationships across focus industries, and with key partners and customers to generate quality leads for the SAP and Health Tech SBU's of Generation.
∎ Support sales and marketing events, design thinking workshops, webinars etc. to promote new and innovative solutions for customers and prospects
∎ 2.0 Partner Management
∎ Develop and maintain continuous relationship and communication with SAP, stay updated with their go-to-market plan and implementation.
∎ Ensure eGeneration becomes SAP's most trusted partner.
∎ 3.0 Team Management
∎ Lead the project delivery, SAP and Health teach teams, preparing team members in terms of professional development, ensuring their growth, improving performance and retention.
∎ Collaborate and help, and challenge other teams and SBU's to grow.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional experience in Business Development and Project Management/Delivery in leading software/IT organizations will be given preference.
∎ ERP Implementation, Management - SAP (ECC 6), Oracle Financials
∎ Solution architecting, Pre-Sales, Bid Preparation, Program management & delivery.
∎ Cloud Architecting with Cloud migration (Public / Private / Open Source)
∎ Managing multi-location rollout
∎ Business Process design and re-engineering
∎ Smart metering utilities (AMI, Utility Billing, MDAS, HES)
∎ Product design and development CCBS (Customer care and billing systems) utilities
∎ Solution expertise in the areas of S/4HANA, SAP IS Retail or SAP FMS/AFS expected with certifications.
∎ Proven track record of driving business results.
∎ Viewed as a SAP Business expert, capable of leveraging an extensive network to craft impactful business plans resulting in pipeline and revenue growth.
