Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ SR will be responsible for direct sales from respective Area Dealer against target set by BNO.
∎ SR will report to dealer point every day and respective Area Manager, SR will select his route and perform his duty under supervision Area Manager/RSM.
∎ SR will be to create new retailers, lifting multi-grade products to retails, promote BNO products at end user level- garages, service centers, mechanics and thus enhance demand generation for the particular territory.
∎ At the end of each day, SR will submit his daily achievement to dealer and his line manager.
∎ SR will only be responsible to sell BNO product. They will be strictly prohibited to sell other brands.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge especially in Email communication, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point presentation.
∎ The applicants having experience in the Lubricant/Oil industries will get the preference.
Salary: Negotiable
