- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in finishing work in construction.
- Total professional experience: 12 years.
- Knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD 2D will be considered an additional qualification.
- This position will be on a 3/4-year contractual basis.
Responsibilities & Context:
Location: House # 4/A, Road # 71, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in the overall planning and execution of the large-scale high-rise building construction project.
Monitor day-to-day civil construction activities, including basement excavation, RCC Work, structural work, and finishing.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of civil works.
Track progress against project schedules and update timeliness as necessary.
Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues in coordination with engineering and architectural teams.
Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, quality checklists, and safety logs.
Enforce safety regulations and quality standards as per company and legal guidelines.
