Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct regular and on demand research and analysis of the regulatory environment proactively and closely follow up Banglalink and VEON's digital transformation initiatives
∎ Identifying international best practices, trends and development
∎ Propagate ideas, share concepts & ideas with internal stakeholder which has short and medium term impact and suggest way forward and solutions
∎ Draft the communication material in order to express the position of Banglalink on different issues that impact the digital business environment of Banglalink
∎ Plan strategic alliance projects with the other industry players, AMTOB & E-CAB in order to create a strong and multilateral platform for advocacy on issues impacting business continuity, revenue and growth

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4-5 years' experience in working with government and international agencies
∎ Required Knowledge & Skills
∎ Strong analytical skill.
∎ Strong communication skill both in English and Bangla.
∎ Understanding of political environment, mindset of key stakeholders and policy matters.
∎ Understanding of global digital initiatives and disruptive innovations
