∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of automation of activities through platforms, web analytics tools, and customer relationship management systems.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Discovery of innovation or business idea.
∎ Access to Challenge Lab for ideation, design, prototyping, and proof of concept.
∎ Opportunities to listen to global and national innovation/startup leaders.
∎ Access to national and global corporate and startup networks and opportunities for
∎ partnership, contributing to bridging industry-academia
∎ Pre-seed and seed fund for prototype and minimum viable product [MVP] development

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in digital platform management, preferably in progressively responsible roles.
∎ Experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
∎ Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding digital marketing objectives and KPIs.
∎ Proficiency in system architecture for meeting business objectives.
∎ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles to effectively communicate with web development teams.
∎ Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate and present complex ideas.
∎ Collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and sales teams.
∎ Experience in managing external vendors, agencies, and contractors.
