Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the digital operations team with migrating laborious processes to our digital ecosystem.
∎ Update digital product catalogs and distributed content in multiple languages and regions for several business channels.
∎ Facilitate the implementation of web content strategies to support various digital demands.
∎ Work collaboratively with the digital operations team, content providers, designers, product specialists, and IT professionals, as required.
∎ Manage and optimize digital content for all supported brands while adhering to the established standards and guidelines.
∎ Identify inefficiencies across systems and produce solutions.
∎ Perform user acceptance testing on new application functionality across multiple devices and viewports for all relevant business channels.
∎ Analyze, troubleshoot and report various customer-facing application inquiries as directed.
∎ Assist UX and SEO initiatives with guidance from the digital marketing and user experience teams. (Friendly URLs, redirects, robot.txt, XML sitemaps, metadata, scripts, alt tags, localization, canonical links, remedy broken or unsecured links).
∎ Utilize project management and requirements documenting tools to manage tasks, schedules, workflow, and documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ years of commercial experience in a similar or relevant position.
∎ Working knowledge of managing content for public-facing systems would be ideal.
∎ Experience with data management systems.
∎ Experience with project tracking and task delegation tools (i.e., Jira).
∎ Highly driven, assertive, investigative, self-reliant, and entrepreneurial.
∎ Excellent organization and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
∎ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Willing to work hours aligned to our global organization (Monday to Friday 8 am to 3 pm from the office, 8 pm to 10 pm from home).
