We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Digital Marketing professional to fill a unique hybrid role as a Lead Trainer and Specialist. You will be responsible for developing and delivering our cutting-edge digital marketing training programs, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI). While also managing key client campaigns, your primary focus will be on mentoring our team and training the next generation of marketers. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist who is passionate about both achieving results and elevating the skills of others through teaching.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Curriculum Development (60%):
Curriculum Development: Design, develop, and update structured training programs, workshops, and learning materials (presentations, guides, videos). The curriculum must cover core digital marketing best practices and integrate the latest in AI-powered marketing tools, prompt engineering, and data analysis.
Mentorship & Coaching: Act as the lead mentor and subject matter expert for junior marketing team members and students. Provide one-on-one coaching, conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions, and guide them in their campaign management tasks.
Skills Assessment: Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop targeted training initiatives to address them. Track skill development and progress over time.
Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies—especially developments in AI—and effectively disseminate this knowledge throughout the organization.
2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution (40%):
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize select digital marketing campaigns, leveraging AI for creative optimization and audience targeting across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Performance Optimization: Use campaigns as real-world case studies for training, demonstrating how to monitor metrics (CPA, ROAS), conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Advanced Analytics & AI-Powered Tracking: Set up and manage conversion tracking using GTM and GA4. Demonstrate and implement advanced solutions, including AI for predictive analysis and insight generation.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities. Build performance dashboards in Looker Studio and teach others how to present clear, actionable reports.
