Responsibilities & Context:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and promote company products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
- Report to the Sales Manager on progress and performance.
