Proven experience in a counseling, sales, or customer-facing role, preferably in the education or IT training sector.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• A strong interest in the IT industry and emerging technology trends.
• Proficient in IT and comfortable learning new software.

Workgenix Limited specializes in providing intensive, short-term IT training courses designed to build skilled professionals. We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Career Counselor to guide individuals on their path to a successful career in the tech industry. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them choose the right training to launch or advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling: Advise prospective students on our range of IT short courses, curriculum details, skill benefits, and potential career outcomes.
• Enrollment Management: Manage the entire admission cycle for your assigned leads, from the first conversation to successful enrollment.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly enrollment goals.
• Lead Nurturing: Follow up in a timely manner with leads generated from our website, social media, and informational events.
• Student Support: Act as a key resource for students, answering their questions about course structure, schedules, and payment options.
• Data Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of all student interactions in our CRM system.
