Responsibilities & Context:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons effectively according to the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.

• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching materials to support student learning.

• Ensure proper classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.

• Assess and evaluate students’ academic performance through classwork, homework, projects, quizzes, and examinations.

• Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students for their improvement.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, progress reports, and academic performance.

• Prepare examination papers, grading, and result-related documentation as required.

• Encourage students’ creativity, critical thinking, and participation in classroom activities.
