∎ We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our digital team(digital agency). You will be working with our team in Dhaka and will be working very closely with our teams in Canada and in the UK.
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for high-quality leads through designing and executing paid advertising campaigns for our clients. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels to maintain/improve campaign performance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Search & Display Ads, Retargeting Ads for the assigned clients' campaigns
∎ Daily optimization and management of campaigns in line with the set KPIs
∎ Work closely with the graphics design team to provide them with creative/design brief
∎ Provide design feedback to the graphics design team to maintain high-quality work produced by them
∎ Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality ad copies (both graphics and text content)
∎ Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization plan to the Director of Marketing for approval
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
∎ Create and present proposals and pitch decks to clients (if needed)
∎ Actively learn about marketing, technology and advertising
∎ Actively follow market research, report and events related to clients' business
∎ Track conversion rates and make strategic improvements to the clients' landing pages
∎ Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing activities for the assigned clients
∎ Prepare monthly performance reports for the clients
∎ Research tactics & strategy to keep the "Cost Per Lead" low
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience running successful campaigns on Facebook, Google and Instagram
∎ Working experience with Facebook Pixel, Custom Audience, Lookalike Audience and Conversion tracking
∎ Experience in running FB Leads Ads
∎ Digital agency experience is a bonus
∎ Education industry experience is a bonus
∎ Bachelor degree in marketing or related field
∎ Experience in creating landing pages for the campaign is a bonus
∎ Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
∎ Self-starter with a growth attitude.
∎ Strong design skills along with strong conceptual skills
∎ Ability to produce quality work under pressure
∎ Excellent people skills geared for the service industry
∎ Self-motivated, willing to roll up sleeves for work responsibilities
∎ Google Ads Certified and Facebook Blueprint Certificate is a bonus
∎ Flawless analytical, writing, presenting and reporting skills
∎ Self-motivated, willing to roll up sleeves for work responsibilities
∎ Persuasiveness and ability to think big
