Job Context:
∎ The ideal candidate will expand the company`s brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to the target group. The candidate will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers, though major focus will be on promoting the brand over online channels. This will be a gateway for someone interested into the Management of Branding and Funneling through digital media. The focus of marketing efforts will include digital channels however this will provide a holistic opportunity for someone who wants to manage a Brand from all angles.
∎ The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. The candidate will work with medical services industry so any experience in the field will be added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns along with knowledge in ATL & BTL Marketing Campaigns
∎ Monitor, analyze and report on the effectiveness of online marketing content
∎ Develop and manage contents for website, app and social media
∎ Manage customer inflow interaction, their communications and assessment of requirements
∎ Find and target specified audiences; curate better audience and setup a process for approach
∎ Manage Public Relations and Press Releases
∎ Manage The Digital Marketing Team/Portfolio/Executives/Interns

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3+ years of marketing experience
∎ Excellent communication and organizational skills
∎ Has to be someone focused on growth
∎ Fast learner & openness to changes
∎ Ready to adapt to start up work environment
