Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Welcome Guests by greetings, answering questions, responding to query.
∎ Setting appointments and maintaining Library decorum accordingly.
∎ Administrative control of library of that establishment.
∎ Execution of Library Management plans, policies & decisions of the management.
∎ General Library and Books related support¸ ordering & purchase books from publishers.
∎ Carry out any other Branch Library related jobs assigned by the management.
∎ Will be responsible for answering Library related phone calls and response.
∎ Well Behave and gesture with clients.
∎ Update, maintain & record all library books, journals, other library related books & paper works in an efficient and confidential manner.
∎ Maintain digital library & ensure the smooth running of photocopy service.
∎ Prepare Library service-related documents, different drafts, reports, statements and minutes as required related too operation of library.
∎ Handle day to day operation of Library role at corporate head office.
∎ Ensure the security & safety factors of the library.
∎ Maintain regular communication with coordination regarding any Library related issues.
∎ Provide reports to the higher management regularly as required.
∎ Building a smooth coordination between existing departments.
∎ Establishing objectives for increased output and improved efficiency.
∎ Maintain the dead line of any work given by authority.
∎ Make a work plan for each day for monitoring properly
∎ Check the cleanliness of Library.
∎ Visit library every day to ensure the maintenance.
∎ Report to Higher Authority every day.
