Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)
Are you a data-driven marketer who lives for high ROAS and perfect conversion tracking? Divine Group is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own our paid acquisition strategy across Meta and Google. We aren't just looking for someone to "run ads", we want a strategist who can scale businesses, optimize funnels, and dominate the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Mastery (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting Meta campaigns focused on Lead Gen and Sales.
Implement advanced retargeting, lookalike audiences.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce "scroll-stopping" visuals and high-converting ad copies based on performance data.
Google Ads Excellence (Search, Display, YouTube)
Build and manage high-intent Search campaigns, including deep keyword research and negative keyword management.
Video (YouTube) ads to ensure brand dominance.
Expertly manage Smart Bidding and budget allocation to maximize conversion value.
Data, Tracking & Optimization
Constant testing of creatives, landing pages, headlines, and audience segments.
