Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Social Media Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company’s goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, and student inquiries.
∎ Content Creation: Develop creative, compelling, and high-quality content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, to engage the target audience.
∎ Platform Management: Manage all company social media accounts, ensuring regular posts, timely responses to inquiries, and consistent branding across platforms.
∎ Community Engagement: Build and maintain an online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering discussions related to education consultancy services.
∎ Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to promote company's services and increase lead generation.
∎ Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools to measure success and adjust strategies for improvement.
∎ Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and algorithms to implement best practices and innovative tactics for enhancing company’s digital presence.
∎ Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing objectives and collaborate on promotional initiatives, events, and campaigns.
∎ Brand Voice & Image: Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms, ensuring content reflects company’s mission and values.
∎ Competitor Analysis: Regularly assess competitors' social media strategies to identify new opportunities and best practices to remain competitive in the education consultancy industry.
∎ Student Success Stories: Showcase student success stories, testimonials, and achievements to build trust and highlight the value company provides.
∎ Crisis Management: Proactively manage any negative comments or crises that may arise on social media, maintaining a positive and professional image for Uniapply.
