Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate from any reputed university preferably in Marketing with Facebook Blueprint/Online Marketing certification will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns
∎ Monitor, analyze and report on the effectiveness of online marketing content
∎ Proven track record of managing Business Ad. Manager
∎ Develop content and preparing budget for specific projects
∎ Manage customer inflow interaction, their communications and assessment of requirements
∎ Find and target specified audiences; curate better audience and setup a process for approach
∎ Manage the Digital Marketing Team/Portfolio/Executives/Interns
∎ Assist in the development of effective marketing strategies for Social Media Campaigns Objective, Insights and Customer Demographics, Custom audience, and other Social Media Marketing Campaigns.
∎ Strong skill in Online Ads, Analytics, Insights, Creator Studio, & Traffic Platforms.
∎ Working directly with the internal creative team to create compelling marketing materials that drive conversions and retention.
∎ Deploy campaigns across multiple platforms including; Websites, Facebook Ads,
∎ Google Ads, social media (Highly professional), and Third-party providers.
∎ Measure campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
∎ Competitors Analysis and Reporting.
∎ Familiarity with web technology.
∎ Submit daily work reports, on a regular basis.
∎ Ready to do any other task given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Advertisement, Branding, Campaign Planning, E-commerce, Education, Marketing, promotion. Candidates with Facebook Blueprint certification will be given preference.
∎ Facebook Business Suite knowledge will be required
∎ SEO and SEM knowledge will be an added advantage
∎ Solid experience creating marketing funnels and email marketing campaigns.
∎ Experience with B2B marketing
∎ Understanding of email best practices and conversion optimization techniques
∎ Deep understanding of social media
∎ Data analysis and presentation skills
∎ Knowledge or experience on pay per click and social media advertising
∎ Email marketing experience or skills
∎ Creative problem-solving skills
∎ Project leadership skills
∎ Strategic planning skills
∎ Ability to set up and optimize Facebook and Google AdWords campaigns.
∎ Ability to make ad sets based on targeted leads for campaigns
∎ Well knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant software are advantages
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla
