Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and email marketing.
∎ Create content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and email newsletters.
∎ Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.
∎ Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.
∎ Manage SEM campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, to drive targeted traffic to the website.
∎ Develop and implement a social media strategy to build a strong online community and engage with potential clients.
∎ Monitor and analyse social media trends and performance metrics to adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling and informative content that addresses the needs of our audience.
∎ Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
∎ Track and analyse the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems.
∎ Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
∎ Work closely with the sales and counselling teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
∎ Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and content creators as needed.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
∎ Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
∎ Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Experience in the education or immigration sector.
∎ Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
∎ Graphic design skills or experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
