Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 27 years
- Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools (preferred)
- Good writing skills in Bangla & English
- Creative thinking and willingness to learn
- Tech-savvy & comfortable working with online tools
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
- Support in planning and scheduling social media posts
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement metrics
- Assist in basic graphic design (Canva preferred)
- Research trending topics and ideas for content
- Support digital campaigns, promotions, and online events
- Help maintain website content and blog updates
- Track performance and prepare weekly reports
