Responsibilities & Context:

Position: Digital Marketing & Design Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Facebook & Instagram pages

• Create daily posts, stories, and reels

• Design post banners, offers, and ads

• Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads

• Handle inbox messages, comments, and customer queries

• Maintain page consistency, branding & engagement

• Plan monthly content calendar

• Track leads/sales and submit weekly reports

• Support basic office work if needed (Excel/Word)

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram marketing

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

• Good skills in Canva (must)

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator (preferred)

• Ability to write simple captions (Bangla & English)

• Understanding of branding & visual consistency

• Basic analytics knowledge (reach, engagement, conversion)
