Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Digital Marketing activities (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)

• Design social media posts, ads, banners, flyers, and promotional creatives

• Manage Facebook Page, Ads Manager, boosting & basic performance reports

• Do graphics design work using Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva

• Perform office executive tasks as required

• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets (sales data, reports, listings, tracking)

• Draft and manage documents using MS Word

• Coordinate with management, suppliers, or team members

  Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing, Ads basics)

  • Strong Graphics Design skills

    • Adobe Photoshop

    • Adobe Illustrator and/or Canva

  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time

  • Basic understanding of content, branding, and online promotion

  • Good communication skills in Bangla & English

  • Honest, responsible, and willing to learn

  Experience

  • 1–3 years experience preferred
