Job Context:
∎ Tamralipi - a leading publisher company in Bangladesh is looking for smart, well mannered, confident, self-motivated, skilled and competent Digital Marketing Executive to help drive the company`s online/digital sales. In this position, the candidate will be involved in developing digital marketing strategies, implementing digital marketing & sales plans, and creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns, including good knowledge of developing graphics & marketing areas and expert in SEO.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and optimizing media campaign
∎ Implementing and Managing the Company's social media accounts. Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube marketing, etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
∎ Look for new potential client accounts and make the first contact with those accounts to create interest.
∎ Basic video editing skills including after effects, Adobe Premiere etc. Knowledge of Create Banners, Images, Promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
∎ Recommend changes to websites, content and any other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
∎ Must have experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) including on-page and off-page optimization. Create and manage link building strategies and building links on regular basis for SERP.
∎ Online Customer support & Phone call support.
∎ Oversee order processing, picking, packing, and logistics operations.
∎ Building & maintaining excellent relationship with the customers.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Candidate should be passionate about the world of e-commerce business and simultaneously should have operational experience in this field.
