Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a creative and experienced professional for the position of Digital Marketer. The individual should have the ability to undertake a marketing team for all aspects of digital marketing operations required for the group of companies. To promote our brands and services to the targeted people, the candidate should know how to develop overall digital marketing strategies such as planning digital campaigns across various digital networks, delegating responsibilities to the marketing team, and measuring the performance and analytics of a campaign, which should eventually increase brand loyalty, awareness, and growth. To be successful in this role, the candidate should be a data-driven thinker and outstanding communicator, and also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ Job Location: Baridhara, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop plans and ensure all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Design, build and maintain social media presence for the Brands within the group. Also, focus on creating innovative infographic/video content.
∎ Conduct Facebook boosting sessions along with setting target markets for campaigns
∎ Run and monitor Facebook Ad campaigns with relevant tools and analytics.
∎ Continuously measure and report performance of all running digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals, such as Conversion rates, Cost per conversion (CPC) & Return on ad spend, ROAS)
∎ Develop and monitor campaign budgets and collaborate with finance staff to set and stay within budget.
∎ Plan, generate leads of potential clients and assist in meeting our B2B sales periodically and submit reports accordingly.
∎ Supervise the team member to optimize websites and social media channels for SEO as well as usability.
∎ Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars for the Group.
∎ Management of analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
∎ Engage the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Collaborate with internal developers to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
∎ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end clients experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
∎ Formulate and present pitch presentations, campaign presentations, and proposals for internal and external clients.
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies of digital marketing and provide recommendations and perspectives for adoption where appropriate.
∎ Collaborate with creative teams to come up with dynamic and static content for client-specific campaigns.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
∎ Ad agency experience preferred. Additional Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
∎ Candidates with Facebook Blueprint certification will be given preference.
∎ Facebook Business Suite & Ads Manager knowledge will be required.
∎ Proven knowledge of online business concepts, growth, and trends. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnel.
∎ Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
∎ Working knowledge of ad serving tools and website analytics tools.
∎ Ability to set up and optimize Google Adwords campaigns.
∎ Strong project leadership skills, analytical skills and data-driven thinking ability.
∎ Creative skills with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
∎ Excellent data-driven reporting and presentation skills.
∎ Basic design skills to supervise the creative team.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla. Relevant software/tools to be acquainted with:
∎ Google Analytics and Google Ads
∎ Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
