∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and planning a comprehensive Marketing strategy in order to promote our business through 1) Google Page Rank, 2) Social Media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+ etc. 3) Telemarketing and 4) Email & SMS Marketing.
∎ Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, link development and other SEO related activities Track and report against a variety of key performance indicators that demonstrate the effectiveness of the organization's SEO efforts
∎ Manage and maintain the organization's Social Media Tools.
∎ Write and optimize content for the social networking accounts such as Facebook and others.
∎ Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
∎ Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
∎ Develop and implement link building strategy.
∎ Off page SEO.
∎ PR, Content marketing.
∎ Article marketing.
∎ Professional SEO Reports.
∎ Prepare and posting online content for the company's social media page and website.
∎ Develop new client base and maintain good relationship with existing client.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ S/he should have "can to attitude", kind & empathetic, 'eager to learn - eager to teach', energetic, passionate to work.
∎ Exceptional Written and verbal Communication skills.
∎ Skills and experience in creative content writing English and Bengali.
∎ Willingness to accept challenges and work under tremendous pressure.
∎ The following skills will be considered as an added advantage for the candidate: Video Editing, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Web Development, HTML, CSS.
∎ Be a team player and able to adjust priorities in accordance with team needs.
∎ Should be motivating, encouraging , positive, patient and empowering.
