• Manage website and landing page updates
• Handle WhatsApp CRM, lead follow-up, and nurturing

• Manage social media content, inbox, and engagement
• Design photo/video content and short promotional videos
• Use AI tools for content creation and campaign support
• Analyze lead cost, conversion rate, and ROI reports
